My mission in life has been to awaken to full potential and help others do the same and realize these God-given body temples are meant to live much longer in good health.
 
Interesting and challenging, I  experienced an accident that took me a year to learn to walk again.  Tai Chi Gung helped me immensely to regain balance and uplifting mobility, along with smiling gratefulness to be alive.
